Exactly, An Year Ago, journey of help the poor and needy children in Tanji Lower Basic School.
It’s been a year since I created this page “Help the poor and needy of Tanji Lower Basic School” with the sole thought of inspiring people to stretch their hands out and help the ones in need most especially in the educational sector. It’s overwhelming to see the response and appreciation this page has reached worldwide. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for sharing our valuable posts and spending your valuable time by actively participating in discussions or posts addressed on this page.
I remember a quote by Mother Teresa which states “We can do no great things; only small things with great love”.
In these times where charity has become a money making racket, this page is solely meant to inspire and motivate people to always step forward and transform lives of the underprivileged. Small gestures of love, care and words of prayers can change the life of an innocent being. Thankfully, God has gifted us with abundance of everything. We can’t even imagine how people all across the world suffer from unspeakable abuse, inscrutable pain, hunger and misery due to natural calamities and the list is needless. All we need to do is show some compassion and trust me it will give you immense happiness and joy within. We do not help in collecting funds or making donations, we just believe in urging man to realize the good side that exists within.
As I use to quote to my pupils ” One pen, one book, one chalk and one pencil can drastically change the entire world”.
Innovation comes from people who take joy in their work.
It we line up getting ready to at least show some act of compassionate we will eternally live a peaceful life in a peaceful coexistence but rather we see people lining up getting ready to purchase the most expensive and latest iPhone or Samsung in the market ( disheartening).
A journey I’ve started and I won’t stop when I’m tired but will only stop when I’m done βœ”β€πŸ‡¬πŸ‡² πŸ–Š πŸ“š RIGHT TO EDUCATION FOR THE GAMBIAN CHILDREN……..
